The differences between colour edits and full edits
Colour edits
Colour edits are the first step in processing your raw images, focusing on adjusting and setting the overall tone of the entire photo. This edit typically includes colour corrections, exposure adjustments, and basic enhancements to ensure the image looks vibrant and balanced. Most outdoor photography sessions will be delivered with colour edits, which may also include minor portrait touch-ups to enhance the subject's appearance while maintaining a natural look.
Full edits
Full edits primarily focus on detailed portrait retouching, including skin smoothing, wrinkle reduction, face and body reshaping, and hair adjustments. This level of editing may involve in-depth, lab-grade processes to enhance the overall appearance.
In studio photography, you'll receive a higher number of full edits compared to standard sessions, ensuring that your images look polished and flawless.
